About the effect of psychodrama with leaders

We have worked with Nina both in direct supervision of employees and also in supervision with their leaders. However, in the past few years, it has primarily been leader supervision and coaching for our daily leaders in relation to psychological safety and helping them finding their footing in their own leadership space. This work has led to further development and enjoyable interactions and networking for the daily leaders.
They have greatly benefited from psychodrama, having undergone the same psychodrama processes as their own employees. I had been looking for a while for ways to work with what we call “brutalization,” the wear and tear of staff, which leads to an inappropriate behavior. In this context, I was recommended to try to get in touch with Nina Rotenberg through my chairman of the board, who had worked with Nina, using psychodrama. I thought we needed to get to the root of the issue and, since we need to delve into the unconscious, I thought Nina Rotenberg would be interesting in relation to working with brutalization and prevention.
